PCMA to Strengthen Global Education Strategy

7 January 13, Chicago: The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) will unveil plans to further strengthen its foothold in Europe as the leader in Education as part of its greater global strategy at a press conference at its Convening Leaders event next week (13-16 January).

The announcement follows recent European activity from the association including, the Global Corporate Summit in Scotland (July), The Global Leadership Series with the SECC, and partnerships with the BVEP, EIBTM, International Confex and IMEX. In addition, PCMA held its first Global Executive Edge at EIBTM in Barcelona and launched the Global Meeting Executive of the year to coincide with IMEX’s 10th anniversary.

The announcement will take place through a global media event streamed live from the association’s hugely influential conference, Convening Leaders, taking place in Orlando.

PCMA will also be introducing its new board members for 2013, including PCMA Chair-Elect, Johnnie C. White, CMP and PCMA Education Foundation Chair-Elect, Gregg H. Talley, FASAE, CAE.
