How will the transition from pilot phase to growth work out?  After investing so much, how can one benefit long-term from social-mobile technology? The supporting programme of the eTravel World (Hall 7.1.c from 6 to 9 March) with more than 50 papers and workshops presented on two stages provides numerous answers to these questions.
