ESOT is taking the lead in conference innovation and technology by introducing a new experience to all their attendees, ready to gather in Vienna in September, for the ESOT 2013 Congress. Together with partnering Companies AIM Group International and SpotMe, ESOT has been able to develop and put in place for the first time a system introduced as the ‘ESOT Ecosystem’. With this, ESOT is pioneering a fully digitalized conference entirely free from paper at a scale of a 4000 delegate meeting.

The added value of the ECOSYSTEM is the ability to maximize participants engagement and connectivity using a tailor-made sophisticated ESOT 2013tablet application. In the spirit of extending the value of a modern live meeting beyond the time of the conference, ESOT offers download of the full meeting content to faculty and attendees in advance in order to allow exchange of information before arriving on site.

While attendees are encouraged to use their own device, the organization is prepared to supply iPad together with the registration to all delegates. Through a personal login, all information collected during the meeting including selected scientific articles and presentations, personal notes as well as contacts and business cards will be made available to the attendee in form of a personal briefcase.

We envisage that not only the attendees will actively participate and interact but truly enjoy the mix of face to face and digital networking.

ESOT and AIM Group International, together with SpotMe are fully committed to make this new project a milestone in modern conference management.
