Autohellas SA announces a new franchisee agreement with Hertz International, for the use of the Hertz brand in the country of Serbia. For this purpose, Autohellas will proceed with the establishment of a new company in Serbia.

The agreement is in line with Authohellas’ long term expansion planning and is not expected to have a significant effect on the company’s financial figures in the medium-term.
