Two of Liverpool’s Ambassadors, with support from Liverpool Convention Bureau, have successfully bid for the city to host significant international conferences.
The Toulon-Verona conference (TVC) will be held at Liverpool John Moores University in August 2014, and August 2015 will see the five-day European Conference on Visual Perception (ECVP) come to the University of Liverpool.
The wins will bring in £1.5m in economic benefit to the city and represent huge success for Liverpool’s Ambassador Programme.
