Sorry, says Minister

BARBARA FOLLETT HAS apologised on behalf of the British Government for two days of transport disruption.
The newly-appointed Minister for Culture, Creative Industries & Tourism found sorry was not the hardest word to say as she addressed the World Travel Market Ministers’ Summit at ExCeL London yesterday (Tuesday).

“I apologise on behalf of the Government for the difficult journeys that you have had for the past two days reaching here.

“The weather and transport system can be variable in this country!

“I hope that you have better return journeys.”
ExCeL London is a venue for the Olympic Games in 2012.
