New bookings at the HOFBURG Vienna – Demand riding high for association business and large-scale conferences
Whether it’s long-term bookings or short notice enquiries, demand for conference slots at the HOFBURG Vienna is extremely strong. Recent additions to the booking ledger include five new conferences for this year and a further two large-scale conferences for 2014.
Work will shortly recommence on the construction and remasterplanning of Dubai Trade Centre District, a 146,000 square metre site between the current Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and Emirates Towers.
Aggregate data provided by the Spanish Association of Conference Centres’ (APCE) has revealed that in 2012 its member venues held a total of 4,647 events and welcomed 4,064,048 visitors. An economic impact of around €1,300 million was generated from these activities.
