Up to 160 senior global buyers – all members of WTM’s Meridian Club – have sign up to take part in WTM’s first-ever speed networking sessions with exhibitors.

The speed networking is split into four 45 minute sessions;
– Europe & the UK,
– Americas
– Africa and the Middle East
– Asia and Australasia

The speed networking has been scheduled on Monday November 9, between 1pm and 5.30pm to give exhibitors and Meridian Club members a further three days to continue discussions and negotiations.

Meridian Club Marketing Manager Mark Jakobsen said: “For Speed Networking to be so popular in its first year demonstrates its growing importance for business relationships.

“The aim of World Travel Market is to facilitate business between exhibitors and the industry’s senior buyers. Speed networking is another facility which allows exhibitors and Meridian Club members to negotiate and strike deals.”
