ABPCO has appointed specialist meetings and events PR agency Mexia Communications to run its PR campaign in the trade sector.  The appointment forms part of a wider initiative to broaden the remit of ABPCO, raise awareness of the association as the UK’s primary professional body representing individual PCOs and expand its membership base.

ABPCO Chair Rebecca Cadman-Jones said: ‘We are delighted to appoint Mexia Communications to run our PR campaign.  Having worked with Mexia at our annual conference and more recently at our Social Media in Practice spring event, we have experienced first hand their knowledge and expertise of the meetings and events sector and were impressed with their focus on offering senior-level contact.  ABPCO is at the dawn of a new era; we are looking forward to spreading the word about our new developments.’

Mexia Communications MD Kursha Woodgate added: ‘ABPCO has a lot to offer the industry and we are eager to raise the profile of the association, highlighting ABPCO’s tremendous contribution to the meetings sector as a whole.  We are thrilled to have been appointed and are eager to take ABPCO to the next level with a consistent communications campaign.’
