One of the most important sectors in the European food producing and processing industry was in the spotlight at the Annual General Meeting of the European Meat and Livestock Trading Union, which took place on 28-30 May 2010 at the Makedonia Palace Hotel in Thessaloniki.
The Meeting was organised by the Meat and Livestock Trading Union of Macedonia, Thrace and Thessaly and by the Central Market of Thessaloniki. Participants exchanged ideas and opinions about issues relating to the Meat and Livestock Trading sector in Europe and Greece, and discussed realistic proposals to extend the sectors development still further.
The Meeting, at which all the new trends and technological developments in the meat and livestock sector were presented, is a reference point for the future development of the sector. As a European conference, it also contributed to creating an optimistic climate for future conferences and to developing new prospects for the conference industry of our country.
The Meeting was organized by ARTION.
