The Cahutte : a new way of camping at Huttopia

At Huttopia, we like wood & canvas, and we love innovation ! After having created the ridge tent, the first wood&canvas tent available on a campsite, we suggest you discover the Cahutte, with its wooden walls on the ground floor and its canvas roof on the first floor, for a stay in a small hut with all its comfort and the pleasure of sleeping in a tent.

This building which combines innovation and respect for environmental constraints is anchored on the ground with stilts. The walls in Douglas fir wood are insulated with wood wool, an ecological material that reduces heat loss.

The Cahutte offers real comfort : bathroom/shower area, kitchen area, heating with a pellet-burning stove that can be used both in the spring or fall, but it remains unusual with its trapdoor to access the stairs, its opening in the canvas room for a view of the landscape, and its rough lumber interior.
