The Governments of Russia and Turkey decided to exchange the information concerning financial stability of the operators of two countries offering the services in Turkish resorts. Such informational exchange will help to avoid negative impact of possible bankruptcies of tour operators.

Such initiative was announced during the session of Russian-Turkish working group which was held on October 6, 2010 in the framework of V International Conference of Organization of Black Sea Economical Cooperation. According to Aleksandr Radkov, Deputy Head of Federal Agency for Tourism, the information of debtors among the Russian operators will be received from Association of Hoteliers of Turkey.

Russian operators support such initiative of the governments of two countries. “In fact, for us and for Turkish colleagues as well receiving the information about financial state of the partners will help to avoid unpleasant situations which happen from time to time”, noted Vladimir Kaganer, General Director of  TEZ TOUR. source: atorus.ru
