The FCB leader in MICE web marketing at BTO

The Florence Convention Bureau is proud to lead to technological innovation in the world of the national congress. For the first time an Italian Convention Bureau will give a MICE web marketing lesson for experts of this sector.

The FCB, with the support of media companies and web marketing Uplink, will give an interesting free training session titled “Unconventional Meetings – Booking Engine & Collaborative New CRM 3.0 Concept Card.” Friday, November 19, from 11 to 12 am, in the Web Room at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence. The meeting will take place in the important event BTO Buy Tourism Online “, now in its third edition.

The event is an important occasion to meet for experts and tourism operators and key leaders in the field of new web technologies. During the training session Carlotta Ferrari, Promotion & Development Manager of FCB, will be “teacher” for an hour with Simone Genovesi, CEO of Uplink, to demonstrate the projects online marketing and new Web 2.0 services enabled by the FCB launch of the new portal. It will also explain the potential of the innovative model of a CRM platform, as well as showing an anticipation of future initiatives of the Bureau. Among these will be presented a future revolutionary online booking system for the accommodation of tourists in Florence.
