Leading digital and marketing experts from The Hotel Marketing Association have highly commended Royal Garden Hotel for its digital marketing activities.

Achieving the accolade in the ‘Best Digital Marketing’ category, judges highlighted the Kensington hotel’s ‘very impressive use of photography, impressive results and level of interactivity’ as the reasons behind its success.

Speaking of the recognition, Caroline Brennan, Marketing Manager, Royal Garden Hotel said; “This is a tremendous accolade, especially as digital marketing continues to play a more increasingly central role in achieving customer engagement and developing your organisation’s brand.”

The award ceremony now in its 17th year is the only dedicated recognised scheme which awards best practise in digital marketing and is the official industry group of the Charted Institute of Marketing.
