Light 2011 – new fair within a fair

The industry has long called for a lighting fair. In May this becomes a reality when Elfack 2011 launches a new fair within a fair – Light. And everything already suggests success.

Light 2011 is now fully booked and the lighting section fills the whole of Halls F and G. This means that the lighting section will be bigger than ever at Elfack 2011.
“Light will be a forum for products and solutions creating more efficient, more stylish and more easily controlled lighting as well as a unique venue for everyone interested in the industry, such as architects, services consultants and installers. I also think Light 2011will attract new visitor groups to the fair,” says exhibition manager Fredrik Reis.
“Particularly as it’s the only professional lighting fair in Sweden this year. Lots of exciting things are happening in lighting right now and we’re going to try and reflect that, not only through the fair itself but also through a large number of activities and seminars.”
The lighting industry is very hot at present. The debate concerns not only lighting from a technical perspective, but also how it can create pleasant and healthy environments and how various combinations of light and colour affect human beings.

Elfack and the lighting fair Light take place from 9-13 May. For further information visit:  www.elfack.com
