For the fifth year in a row Business Travel Award was appointed to the Airline, Car Rental Company, Business Travel Agency, Payment Provider and Hotel Chain that achieved the highest summarized customer satisfaction (measured on 12 satisfaction drivers) in the annual survey concept Nordic business Travel barometer, NBTB Brand.
The questionnaire was answered by more than 10 000 Decision-Makers and Business Travelers at Nordic companies and organizations (3 500 in Sweden).
The ceremony was held in Göteborg during the Travel Trade Fare “TUR 2011”
