With this new hotel, Grupo Hotusa is now operating 4 hotels and 700 luxury rooms in Germany

The capital of Germany is welcoming today the new luxury establishment the Eurostars Berlin 5*, the first hotel managed directly by Grupo Hotusa in the city through its Eurostars Hotels chain. With this new hotel, the company is consolidating its presence in Germany, where it already runs the Eurostars Grand Central and the Hotel Regent in Munich, and the Eurostars Park Maximilian in Regensburg, all of them four-star hotels.

Located right in the heart of the city in the Mitte district, the Eurostars Berlin 5* is a spectacular newly-built hotel which stands out for its imposing architecture and striking interior décor. The hotel has 221 rooms, including a presidential suite, 6 suites and 8 junior suites. It also features a gourmet restaurant, a designer lobby bar, a heated swimming pool, a fitness centre and 900 m2 in rooms for events.

The Chairman of Grupo Hotusa, Amancio López Seijas, stresses that “the opening of this new hotel fits within Eurostars Hotels’ strategy to position itself in the major European cities. Right now, Berlin is one of the most attractive destinations for business and pleasure trips. Because of its distinction, location and comfort, we want to make the Eurostars Berlin a landmark in the city”.

The hotel is located on the main retail artery in Berlin and just a few minutes’ walk from the leading tourist sites in the city, including Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and Museum Island. It is also right across from one of the most important transport hubs in the city (Friedrichstrasse), meaning that guests can reach Schönefeld airport in 30 minutes and the international convention centre (ICC Messe Berlin) in 15 minutes.

With this new hotel, Eurostars Hotels now has 62 establishments and operates more than 6,400 rooms in 12 countries. The chain has 502 rooms in Germany alone.
