Incentive reward program platform RewardTrax enhanced to include localized reward selections
ATLANTA, June 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Incentive Solutions has advanced its global reward fulfillment capabilities by adding localized reward choices in over 200 countries to its reward program technology platform RewardTrax®.
As a provider of online incentive reward programs, Incentive Solutions designs point-based programs that are commonly used to motivate and reward employees as well as engage distribution channel partners. Participants of these types of programs are, in some cases, scattered all over the globe. Working with a global network of fulfillment partners, Incentive Solutions’ newly improved RewardTrax platform allows participants to select rewards that are locally sourced, ensuring, for instance, that participants receive product manuals and instructions in their native language.
Hank Johnson, SVP of Sales and Marketing, explains that “Incentive Solutions’ global network of partners can now deliver rewards that speak to the participants’ customs and cultural values regardless of where they live.” Johnson further elaborates, “We are confident that our enhanced technology platform can overcome the challenges posed not only by logistics, but also by culture.”
Companies that operate across multiple countries and/or continents prefer to centralize control over global marketing programs. That aspect has thus far been a challenge. The latest improvements to the RewardTrax platform allow organizations to centralize budgeting and administration while keeping programs country-specific. Locally sourced rewards will, in most cases, also result in faster delivery to recipients.
