On 31 August in Kraków, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, the 2011 Summer Meeting 2011 will take place – a meeting of the members of the MPI Poland Club. The main topic discussed will be the organisation of events during the Polish Presidency of the European Union.

The conference will also cover the essential issues in the area of sustainable development, such as the limitation of the negative impact on the natural environment and the reduction of production and operating costs, as well as the issues of actions with influence on the local community.

The subject of organisational cooperation with Government institutions and associations will also be brought up.

The speakers at the conference will be, among others, Andrea Bauer – Commercial Director, CEO, VEREINT: Association & Conference Management in Austria.

Anna Milcarz  – Operational Coordinator, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Dariusz Pałęcki  – Polish Travel Quo Vadis.
