“Best Stand Design Overall” award on EIBTM in Barcelona

From 29 November the MICE industry focused on EIBTM-Barcelona,  one of the largest MICE exhibition and fair in the world. During the 3 days from 90 countries 3100 organizers, hotels and event venues expected more than 3800 hosted buyers.

Hungary’s tourism offers were also presented at the event cooperation in record number of co-exhibitors (21) organized by the Hungarian National Tourist Office. The concept of the Hungarian stand focusing on the valuable water resource below the surface won this time the prestigious title of „Best Stand Design Overall”. The Hungarian Convention Bureau’s staff held presentation 3 times a day for the experts about the tourism offer of the country and could promote the sales promotion campaign Budapest – more than expected.

In terms of taking place the next European Meetings and Events Conference organized by MPI in Budapest, the Hungarian National Tourist Office held a reception in EIBTM under the MPI stand. During the event of more than 200 people, the HNTO by promoting tourism offer was egged the specialists to visit the event hold in the Hungarian capital.
