Brusselicious was festively inaugurated with new world record toques launching

2012 will entirely be devoted to gastronomy in Brussels. To inaugurate this gastronomic year the Brussels gastronomic sector gathered at the Grand-Place in Brussels yesterday.

All professions were represented. From suppliers, to craftsmen, over the caterers to the great chefs of the capital, the great references and the new guard, all were present. At a quarter to four 655 were thrown into the air. With this number Brusselicious finds itself in the list of Guinness World Record. A nice start of a delicious year.
