An unforgettable gastronomic adventure: Tram Experience!

Brussels, February 2012 – VISITBRUSSELS and its partners, the STIB/MIVB and Electrolux, are launching ‘Tram Experience’, in the company of star-rated chefs participating in this project. ‘Tram Experience’ is a gastronomic and tourism experience that is truly unique in Brussels.

The Tram’s first official trip is scheduled for Friday 02 March in the evening.

Brusselicious 2012 will clearly be a year given over to the art of living – and above all to gastronomy in Brussels. ‘Tram Experience’ will therefore provide a wonderful opportunity to discover the capital by night, with the focus on gastronomy and just a hint of self-indulgence. Made in the early 1960s, this Tram has been given a complete
makeover and is fitted out by Electrolux as a restaurant. Every evening, it will carry 34 passengers along the city’s most attractive avenues – while allowing them to enjoy a three-course menu that has been put together by a star-rated chef.
