The Hungarian Convention Bureau organized a successful MICE and Association study tour for 12 FAIB member association representatives between 9 -11 March in Budapest.

FAIB (Federation of European and International Associations, established in Belgium) is a non-profit, non-political association that promotes and defends the interests and activities of its members.

During the fam trip, guests could visit several five-star hotels and the most important conference, and gala venues in Budapest.

Delegates were staying at InterContinental Budapest overlooking to the Chain Bridge and Royal Castle. Guests could enjoy a horse-show at the Lázár Equestrian Park, fine dine above the city at Halászbástya Restaurant serving excellent international cuisine, and spend a relaxing morning at Széchenyi Thermal Bath.

The third Handmade Hungarian Tastes Market held at Millenáris made the programme more exciting. “I wish to thank you for the very nice opportunity you gave me to discover a new destination for future events. Budapest definitely offers, not only a variety of very nice hotels, well located and within a good price range, but also a lot of possibilities for spouse programs. I shall, no doubt think of Budapest as a future possible destination.” – says appreciatively one of the guests.
