FITUR has announced the finalists and winner of the First Latin American Bloggers Competition, which was characterised by high levels of participation all over Latin America, and especially in Colombia, as well as the high quality of the competitors. The tourism bloggers who were chosen as finalists included the following: Federico, Roberta Martin, Frank, José Luís, Osvaldo, Víctor Hugo, Luisana, Alejandro, María Virginia, Diego, Tania Margarita and Leonardo.

FITUR will continue to support the important work that is carried out by specialised tourism bloggers within the field of tourism, given that they highlight destinations as appealing as those that can found in the twenty-one countries that make up Latin America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Venezuela and Puerto Rico.
