flydubai, Dubai’s innovative low-cost carrier, has introduced a new facilitation service offering passengers travelling on its flights to Azerbaijan, Russia and Ukraine the opportunity to apply for a visa through the flydubai Travel Shop at Dubai Terminal 2.

The flydubai Travel Shop offers passengers a convenient one-stop-shop for ticket sales, travel insurance as well as the visa counter. Tourist visas are available for all destinations, with business visas also available for those travelling to Russia.

flydubai’s CEO, Ghaith Al Ghaith, said: “Last month we announced more flights to both Russia and Ukraine. Together with Azerbaijan, we will soon offer 46 flights a week to these destinations and thanks to the new visa facilitation service it will be even easier for people to visit these countries for leisure or business. We try to make travel a little less stressful at every step of journey and through working with the respective embassies we are helping to meet this goal.”

A confirmed flydubai flight booking should also be presented on either application or collection of the visa and passport.

flydubai’s outbound visa facilitation service is open from 1000 to 1700 Saturday to Thursday exclusively at the flydubai Travel Shop opposite the Departure entrance of Dubai Terminal 2. It is closed on Fridays and public holidays. Application forms are available either at the counter or online at flydubai.com.
