Prague Convention Bureau has a representative in the North America

Martina_FundaroPrague, 7 August 2013 – Prague Convention Bureau is strengthening its position in the North American market (U.S.A. and Canada) which belongs to its key markets.

The association’s new North American representative Martina Fundaro (formerly Martina Kvašová) has been a member of Prague Convention Bureau´s team for almost three years as a Marketing & PR Manager.

She will be responsible for acquiring new contacts, developing new business opportunities, communication with both local media and clients and representing Prague as a congress destination at the main MICE tradeshows.

Martina Fundaro holds a master’s degree of Media and Communication from the Faculty of Social Studies and a bachelor´s degree from the Faculty of Arts at the Masaryk University. She worked as a news reporter for the Czech national television and before having joined the Prague Convention Bureau, she acted as a spokesperson of the Ministry of Justice for the Czech EU Presidency and Head of the Foreign Affairs Press Department.
