KITF 2013From the 23rd to 25th of April 2014, Kazakhstan will host KITF – Central Asia’ s largest travel and tourism exhibition. The event will take place at Atakent, Almaty’s International Exhibition Centre. This year, the show will welcome Mouzenidis Travel, Splendid Asia, Travco, Wild Trek Safaris, Helvetic Living and Resort Life Maldives for the first time.

Hiba Tul Habib from Travco, UK, commented: “Kazakhstan is a booming market for Travco. We already enjoy strong partnerships with the top hotels and tour operators in Astana and Almaty, but we are also committed to expanding all aspects of our business throughout the country and the CIS. KITF 2014 represents an excellent opportunity for us to meet with our existing clients in the region and establish even stronger business partnerships.”

Ahmed Abrar from Splendid Asia believes that Kazakhstan is an important market. “It is a new market and we are looking to develop this market with Kazakh tourism operator. We have seen the number of Kazakh arrivals to the Maldives increase rapidly over the past few years.”
