Church House Conference Centre has appointed Mo Issa to the position of Business Development Manager as it focuses on new target markets.

Speaking of his appointment Mo says: “I’m excited to be given the opportunity to join Church House – it’s one of London’s most prestigious venues – and be a part of a highly experienced team who have delivered successful events for many years.  I’m target driven, have a hands on approach and I’m excited to be part of the events industry – it’s fast paced, vibrant and no day is the same. I’m looking forward to introducing new clients to Church House and showing them how versatile it is for hosting a wide range of events.”

Before joining the Westminster venue, Mo graduated from Aston University with a degree in chemistry and management during which time he combined studying with running his own promotional company and playing an active role within the Student Union looking after budgets, marketing and running events. After university, Mo worked for Novus Leisure as sales manager at one of its flagship venues.

Church House Conference Centre’s General Manager, Robin Parker, comments: “As Church House targets different areas for new business and looks to further increase occupancy levels, it was vital that we strengthened our business development team. We’re delighted that Mo has joined us and he offers a great combination of business development skills and experience which we believe will help attract new clients to bring their events to Church House in the coming months.”

Church House Conference Centre is one of London’s most versatile venues. It has 19 rooms which can accommodate between 2 and 664 guests for a wide variety of events including meetings, conferences, private parties and gala dinners.
