ICS – International Conference Services, Denmark has won the award as Event Organizer of the Year, 2013 by the European Eventex Awards

The Jury consists of representatives from the international meetings industry. The Jury chose ICS due to its unique ability to combine effective conference logistics with creative elements, that enhance the conference focus and purpose, while keeping within the client budget.

Description:
ICS received the request of organising a 1 day Conference for 4.000 delegates 3 weeks before the Event. 1 week before the number had gone up to 8.000. Huge challenge, but the Event was in the end very succesfull.
The most significant events ICS have produced over the past year,  3 or more events:
-300 russian Carlsberg salespeople were on a meeting in Copenhagen. ICS organized a fully branded Viking Party with Vikings fighting, a special build Viking ship.
-1.500 doctors on a Conference had a great Opening Ceremony with the Danish Crown Pricess and the Copenhagen Drummers performing. The Drummers had just won the European Song Conteat the week before.
-Bank Santander had their key staff on a training session in Copenhagen and ICS created a special branded walking City Tour with 10 posts.
