CUSS Check-in for Swedavia

In a tendering procedure, Swedavia has opted for the German company MATERNA GmbH as a new supplier for its airport check-in machines. Swedavia, the operator of ten Swedish airports, has its headquarters in Stockholm Arlanda and employs approximately 2 600 people.

In the coming months, MATERNA will deliver new CUSS check-in kiosks of the latest generation to Sweden. In addition to MATERNA-own CUSS platform and check-in applications, the order also includes the entire support of the kiosks. MATERNA will provide the new machines of the brand “eKiosk” for the first time under its own responsibility and will act as an overall supplier for hardware and software in this Swedavia project. The check-in kiosks are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and are adapted in their operability to the highest customer requirements. Upon request, they can be equipped with a payment function.

With its Integrated Passenger Services (IPS) MATERNA is one of the world’s leading suppliers of CUSS-based kiosk, Web and mobile check-in solutions. The order of Swedavia is the largest order ever received by MATERNA from Scandinavia.
