RIBA Venues to host London Marathon Medicine conference

RIBA Venues announced that it will host the 31st London Marathon Medicine Conference taking place on Saturday 12th April, the day before the famous race. 

The event, organised by the Virgin Money London Marathon, will look at the medicine and science of marathon running and include speakers from the School of Sport, Health and Exercise Sciences and the Royal Free Hospital in London.

The London Marathon Medicine event is for 280 delegates and will take place in RIBA Venue’s Jarvis Hall.

Stephanie Ellrott, Head of Venues at RIBA Venues, added: “We are delighted to be hosting this event for the third year running and on the day before the Virgin Money London Marathon, one of the top international marathons across the world.”
