Tram Experience 3rd season

The danger with a project such as this one is that you engage in a mad dash for novelty, the crazier the better, over the top amazing. That is something we wanted to avoid at all cost.

So, we started thinking about what we stand for, or rather what Brussels stands for: capital of 500 million Europeans, deliberately open to the world, unquestionably multicultural and taking great pride in it – Brussels, at the heart of flows and exchanges and a city where gastronomy in all its forms has taken centre stage for generations.

So, instead of planning an extravagant season 3 which would be inconsistent with our gourmet DNA, we quite naturally turned to the partner cities of the Délice network. Délice is a sort of club bringing together good food cities of the world. Initiated by the City of Lyon a few years ago, the network is directly supported by cofounding cities such as Brussels or Barcelona. Today, Délice has about twenty members and its growth objectives rather aim new horizons and distant continents.
