In what has been described as “the most useful session on facility operations ever” the Facility Operations Summit brings together more than 50 centre operations and event managers in a two day program designed to address key operations issue and strategies.

The 2014 Summit is now in development with the guidance of an international Advisory Committee making recommendations on content and format. Topics on the agenda will include the full range of key operational issues in a combination of feature speakers with specific expertise along with case studies on how centres manage issues of common concern. Of particular interest will be how operations will need to evolve in response to the changing demands of clients and more intense competition for the available business.

Who should attend: both managers in the operations and event management areas as well as those who interface with such functions, including senior managers and sales & marketing staff.

There are two levels of delegates that benefit from the program and the accompanying exchange amongst participants. Previous attendees are finding they are able to build on their involvements and maintain contacts and networks, while new attendees will benefit from the accumulating information and strategies that is building up as the program continues.

Space is limited, so member centres are encouraged to register now.
