YKJAVIK, Iceland, November 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Flight-comparison site Dohop.com is nominated as “The World’s Leading Flight Comparison Website” at the 2014 World Travel Awards and this year the Final Gala is being held in Anguilla, an island paradise in the Caribbean. Due to prior engagements, no one from Dohop is able to attend, so they are launching a contest to find someone to represent them at the Gala on December 7th.
The winner will get to spend 5 days in December in Anguilla, and maybe accept the award on behalf of Dohop. Flights and accommodation will be paid for by Dohop. Apart from attending The World Travel Award’s Grand Final Gala the winner is free to do as they want with their time in Anguilla.
To participate, contest entrants post a video to Instagram or YouTube where they explain how much they want to go to Anguilla to accept the award on Dohop’s behalf. Entrants must then tag Dohop on Instagram (@dohoptravel or the hashtag #DohopAward) or send the link to their YouTube video to game@dohop.com. Creativity is encouraged. The deadline is November 20th

Dohop will pick a winner on the 20th of November and send him or her to Anguilla for five days of sunshine and the World Travel Awards’ Final Gala Dinner.

The fine print: The winner gets return flights from his or her nearest airport to St. Martin (flights leave on the 4th of December 2014 and return on the 9th of December 2014), and then a ferry ride to Anguilla. The winner is free to do with their time as they wish in Anguilla, but must attend the World Travel Awards Final Gala on the evening of the 7th of December, a black tie event being held at the Cuisinart Golf Resort & Spa. In the event that Dohop does win “World’s Leading Flight Search” the winner will accept the award on Dohop’s behalf. At no point is the winner considered an employee of Dohop.
