IBTM WORLD OFFERS FLEXIBLE ATTENDANCE OPTIONS FOR BUYERS

ibtmworld2015To accommodate the increasing demands of busy meeting planners’ schedules, ibtm world, formerly EIBTM (www.ibtmworld.com) is offering flexible attendance options for Hosted Buyers planning to attend the show, which is set to take place in Barcelona from 17 to 19 November.

In addition to the fully Hosted Buyer status, which has been offered in previous years, ibtm world will also offer Semi-Hosted and Appointment only programmes.

Joanna Liberman, Hosted Buyer Manager, ibtm world commented, “We understand how much pressure the demands of a busy work schedule can put on meetings planners as well as varying company compliance requirements so we’ve introduced these alternative attendance options which will allow buyers to integrate ibtm world into their schedule in a way that will work for them.”

Semi-Hosted Buyers will benefit from complimentary accommodation as well as the full event programme including seven Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSAs) with Exhibitors of their choice per day of attendance at ibtm world. Appointment only attendance will allow buyers (paying their own travel and accommodation) to receive the full hosted buyer benefits at the show, including the hosted buyer appointment system.

Liberman continues, “In addition to this, we’re offering flexible travel departure ports and we’ll match the number of nights’ accommodation to maximise appointment time on the show floor.”

ibtm world 2015 will take place from 17th – 19th November.
