Event Connections has been appointed to manage and deliver accreditation services for the EU Referendum National Result Event on behalf of the Electoral Commission.

Event registration and management specialist, Event Connections, is providing a highly customised pre-event online accreditation system that enables full screening of potential attendees, as well as providing a full customer support service to make the process for applicants as smooth as possible.

On the night of the Count, taking place on the 23rd June in Manchester, Event Connections will provide a full on-site service for accreditation badge collection and subsequent scanning into the venue. The live scanning functionality will enable officials to track people in real time and know exactly who is in the building.

Event Connections will be working alongside the Electoral Commission, the Police, Manchester City Council and others to devise and implement robust protocols ensuring that the count process can be reported and observed in a safe and secure environment.
