Event Connections today announces it has won the contract to deliver delegate management services for three annual conferences run by the UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG).

Event registration and management specialist Event Connections will be delivering onsite and pre- event delegate management for over 2,200 delegates. These services will include a highly customised online registration solution using Event Connections’ in-house system, online and offline delegate enquiries and onsite registration and badging.

With different members entitled to different benefits, Event Connections will be integrating its software with existing UKOUG systems in order to keep the delegate’s journey as seamless as possible; something the event registration and management specialist has experience in doing.

UKOUG is hosting their annual membership based association event at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Birmingham on 5th-7th December 2016. During the three-day event, Event Connections will be supplying its delegate management solutions to the Applications Conference and Exhibition (Apps16), the Technology Conference and Exhibition (Tech16) and the JD Edwards Conference and Exhibition (JDE16).
