Jet2 City Breaks

Jet2.com and Jet2 City Breaks have announced that they have brought forward the launch of their brand-new city destination of Porto to Summer 24 from Manchester Airport – on the back of huge demand for city breaks and flights.

Back in November, the companies announced the launch of flights and city breaks to Porto for Summer 25 from two of their UK airports – Birmingham and Manchester Airports.

In fantastic news for customers and independent travel agents, this programme has now been brought forward to Summer 24 from Manchester Airport, with flights launching on 4th July 2024.

The companies will operate two weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from then until 3rd November 2024, giving customers earlier access to the famous Portuguese city.

The launch of brand-new Porto for Summer 24 gives holidaymakers access to northern Portugal’s biggest city, which offers everything from extensive history and sightseeing to delicious cuisine, buzzing nightlife, and relaxation. Situated on the Douro River, this city of delights combines vibrant city life with beautiful beaches on Portugal’s coastline, meaning it is a suitable destination for couples, families, and groups of friends alike. Holidaymakers can get their culture fix by exploring world-class museums and galleries, stroll the labyrinthine of streets and hit the shops, or visit the beautiful beaches of Foz do Dour.
