This year, for the second time in AthensGreece Race for the Cure® is organized by the Pan-Hellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer in collaboration with Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, on 26 of September, at 11.00a.m. at Zappeion!

Every 68 seconds somewhere around the world a woman dies from breast cancer.

In 2010, 1.300.000 women globally (4.500 women in Greece) will be diagnosed with breast cancer. However, breast cancer can be cured if there is an early diagnosis!

Race for the Cure® is recognized as the most successful campaign worldwide targeting the mobilization and awareness of the general public concerning breast cancer.
