ACC Liverpool has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of three new staff members as it continues to develop in the international association and corporate markets.

The addition of Neil Bradley as international sales manager, Jordanna Carroll as research assistant and Ajay Shah as bidding co-ordinator is part of a restructure of the team to increase focus on the international sector.

Bradley will lead on generating international business to ACC Liverpool, Carroll will be responsible for researching potential business for the waterfront venue with a primary focus on the international market and Shah will develop and manage ACC Liverpool’s destination bids for conferences and events.

Existing sales activity will be further complemented with the promotion of Stephanie Macfarlane to national sales manager, Kate Nolan to corporate sales manager and Sandra Eyre to association sales manager.

Kerrin MacPhie, director of sales at ACC Liverpool, home to BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena, said: “We have hosted many successful national and international conferences and the restructure and appointment of three new staff into new roles will enable us to progress our international business strategy.  The strengthening of our sales team will enhance our existing activity in the corporate and association conference and events market.

“I am confident that the experience of the new team members will help boost our business expansion plans.  This is an exciting time for ACC Liverpool as we look forward to the opening of our world-class Exhibition Centre Liverpool facility in 2015 which will enable us to attract additional large-scale national and international events.”

The ACC Liverpool sales team has now swelled to 13.  In January Ian Senior joined the team as exhibition sales manager.
