ESOTESOT is taking the lead in innovation and technology by proposing a new experience to all their attendees, ready to gather in Vienna next September, for the ESOT 2013 Congress.

ESOT has started pursuing the idea of a pioneering digitalized conference about two years ago. Since then, ESOT with partnering Companies AIM Group International and SpotMe have been able to develop and put in place for the first time, what has been called the ‘ESOT Ecosystem’, beyond that is the concept of moving entirely from paper to tablet.

The added value of the ECOSYSTEM is the ability to maximize participants engagement and connectivity, the tailor-made sophisticated ESOT 2013 App will be offered in advance to allow faculty and attendees to exchange information before arriving on site, and familiarize with the meeting agenda. The App will give all information about the Congress, including access to the full abstract book.

Everyone attending is encourage to use his/her device, however the organization is able to supply the iPad with the registration, and even then, thanks to the personal login, once the event is over, an Email will be sent with all personal notes, business cards exchanged and other items collected in the personal briefcase.

We envisage that not only the attendees will actively participate and interact but truly enjoy the mix of face to face and digital networking: the most complete platform for exchange and create present and future relationships.

ESOT and AIM Group International are fully committed to make this new project a success, the way forward a new concept in meeting management.
