Passengers, worldwide, can now check and, when necessary, re-book their flight bookings even more easily at www.lufthansa.com, no matter where they booked their flight.
Registered customers or others with a Miles & More number simply click on “My bookings“ on the Lufthansa homepage to obtain a list of all their online flight bookings. Failing a user profile, passengers just enter their last name and booking number to log in and access the same information. They can then change their seat reservation and edit their contact details or, if necessary, enter visa and APIS data. They may also change the details of their frequent flyer card or use it to have award or status miles credited to their account.
Additionally under “My bookings“, passengers can update on any flight changes and check whether their flight or a seat on waiting list has been confirmed. They can order special meals or request special services for people with restricted mobility. Cancelling a booking is equally quick and easy up to a day before a flight. An online ticket refund is then readily available. The new services are also available at www.lufthansa-agent.com.
