About the workshop

This workshop aims to initiate music lovers to the Australian aboriginal didgeridoo. It will take place at Daphne’s Club Hotel Apartments, on the northern coast of the Peloponnese, Greece, on November 6th 2010.

The workshop will last 3 hours and will cover the basic techniques for playing the didgeridoo: the basic drone, the harmonics, the voice, the toots and the circular breathing, a technique that allows the player to breath in without stopping to play. Participants don’t need to be familiar with other instruments or know music in order to participate in the workshop.
