For a second year in a row Church House Conference Centre has been awarded the ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard,’ in recognition of its exceptional level of customer satisfaction.

Considered by the industry as a trusted benchmarking tool, over 200 UK venues participated in the 2010 scheme, which is operated by BDRC Continental and is based on nearly 17,500 organiser feedback surveys. Only venues which achieved an average of 90% positive scoring for overall performance throughout 2010 were awarded the standard.

Speaking of the accolade, Robin Parker, General Manager, Church House Conference Centre said; “As one of only a handful of venues nationally to qualify for the standard, I am delighted that we have once again been awarded the VenueVerdict Gold Standard

“Delivering first class service and great events is at the very heart of what we strive to achieve for our clients and the VenueVerdict Gold Standard is recognition of the hard work put in by the whole team. I can’t think of a better way of starting the year.”
