The gym, run by Nordic Balance, stands head and shoulders above other gyms because of its unique philosophy. It is based on maximum progress and high intensity of small focused groups, rather than the more general 20 or even 30 in a class.
Gym director, Norwegian Joanna Berggren, 39, an advanced Level 3 instructor and mother of two-year-old Finlay, has put together a dedicated team of professionals who care passionately about their work.
“I am very goal oriented, and I believe in taking a holistic approach with my clients, working with them at every level and empowering them to achieve their ambitions,” she said.
Away from the hustle and bustle of London, the gym is particularly calming for stressed executives seeking to address the problems of life in the fast lane.
