The Global Alliance for Medical Education is the Only Medical Forum Promoting Collaboration in Continuing Medical Education at the Global Level

MIAMI, Florida, United States – The Global Alliance for Medical Education (GAME), proudly announces the opening of registration for the 16th Annual GAME Meeting, which will take place June 5 – 7, 2011 in beautiful Munich, Germany.  Titled “Collaboration in CME,” the conference will bring together experts from around the world to share the latest information on international Continuing Medical Education (CME) standards, perspectives and trends.

The 16th Annual GAME meeting will cover a wide range of topics including international collaboration in CME, tools to enhance physician performance, innovation in CME and the challenges and opportunities in medical education standards from a global perspective.  The conference will also feature prominent keynote speakers who have impacted medical education around world.  Notable speakers confirmed so far include:  Bernard Maillet, MD; Alejandro Aparicio, MD, FACP; Don Moore, PhD; Robert Fox, EdD; Johann Weidringer, MD; and Murray Kopelow, MD, MS (Comm), FRCPC.

With the goal of improving patient care, GAME seeks to shape the future of CME by building links between leaders and innovators with an influence on CME policies. GAME was established in 1995 by Lewis Miller, the same founding father of the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education (ACME). Today GAME has members from all continents and boasts of its recent expansion to include key leaders on CME from the regions of Asia-Pacific, South East Asia and Latin America, in addition to North America and Europe.

The 16th Annual GAME meeting will take place at the Dolce Munich Unterschleissheim hotel in Munich, Germany.  Encapsulated by the breathtaking mountains of historical Bavaria, Munich is Germany’s hub for cutting edge industrial and bio-medical technology.  Attendees to the conference will have the coveted opportunity to collaborate with other professionals in their field and network with influential leaders from around the globe – all while exploring one of Europe’s most economically, culturally and historically significant cities.
