New Board of MPI Poland Club elected

On the 17th of March 2011 during the General Assembly of Members of MPI Poland Club  the new Board was elected. Among them there is Anna Gorska, CEO of GOT/GCB whose role is VP of Membership. The others Members of the Directors Board are: Wojciech Liszka, the President, Agnieszka Faracik-Leśniak, Agnieszka Słowik, Magdalena Piasecka, Paulina Zawadzka and Krzysztof Celuch, the  Immediate Past President.

‘Thank you for the trust. I am proud that efforts of GCB and mine were noticed I appreciated on the Polish arena of business tourism. I am looking forward to working with the new team. I am sure we will manage to increase the awareness of MPI in Poland’ – said Anna Gorska after the elections.

Meeting Professionals International (MPI) was founded in 1972. It is the leading international organization in the meetings industry having over 24 000 members. The goal of MPI is to build global community working on development of the meetings industry all over the world. The mission is to support the members offering various ways of education.

MPI Poland Club has 49 members. The main responsibility of the new VP of Membership will be to maintain good relationship between them and increase the number of new members.

After the elections, the first this year MPI conference took place: – MPI Poland Spring Meeting 2011 “Reboot your business – a chance to work differently”.
