ICCA (The International Congress and Convention Association) and Meetings Mindset® are delighted to announce that all delegates attending the 50th ICCA Congress in Leipzig next month will be given help and advice on maximizing their performance at the event via an innovative Online Performance Center (OPC), custom-designed specifically for ICCA by Meetings Mindset®.

Launched last year by Meetings Performance Consultant Jonathan Bradshaw, Meetings Mindset® offers practical solutions to major congress and convention organisers to help their delegates prepare for, perform at, and deliver concrete outcomes from their events.

ICCA delegates will be able to access the OPC via the ICCA congress website: the innovative and interactive online platform allows users to set specific business goals via an Objectives Wizard, offers access to a variety of mental, physical and practical tips, tools and techniques to aid performance and finally encourages users to self-certify their performance after the event.

ICCA CEO Martin Sirk comments: “Delivering a personalised experience is one of the biggest challenges facing event organisers today: helping delegates identify and achieve their individual business objectives, and turning them from passive consumers of content into proactive contributors is a key part of our agenda. We’re convinced that Meetings Mindset’s OPC will become a vital tool for any delegate who wants to maximise the value of their time at our Congress.”

Meetings Mindset® Founder & CEO Jonathan Bradshaw adds: “Anyone who has attended the ICCA Congress in recent years will know how important delegate performance is to the organising team there. When it comes to maximising performance ICCA have always innovated and have in fact been offering delegates a printed personal ROI handbook for years. The Online Performance Center that we have designed for them is in many ways an upgraded, interactive and digital version of this and I am therefore especially delighted that they are the first association in Europe to use the platform.”

ICCA’s 50th Congress takes place in Leipzig, Germany from 22 to 26 October, and is anticipated to attract a record-breaking attendance of over 1,000 participants from 70 countries.
