Manager of Docks de Paris, Eurosites has carried out a 2,000 m2 extension on the Dock Pullman, i.e. 20 meeting rooms with surface areas ranging from 30 to 200 m2, fully modular and equipped with the best technology:
fibre optics, interactive digital boards, air conditioning, etc. With a total surface area of more than 8,500 m2, the Docks de Paris becomes one of the biggest meeting centres in the Paris region.
Built around 1860 to serve as general stores for the City of Paris, the Docks, with a ceiling height of 11 metres, have undergone fine restoration work.
For this events group, they are today one of its major offers. For years, the Docks Pullman, Haussmann and Eiffel, three halls built side by side, have hosted congresses, exhibitions, trade fairs, conventions and gala dinners of all kinds … By adding a business centre to this modular
ensemble, Eurosites extends the services offered to events organizers by offering smaller rooms as a complement to reception spaces.
Today, the Docks and its new Business Centre can host all types of big events with a maximum capacity of 6,500 people in cocktail configuration and 3,000 people for a plenary session.
The decoration of the site combines contemporary aesthetics and preservation of the environment with regard to lighting, furniture and surfaces, a very particular cachet which gives the place an aesthetic marked by the
beginning of the industrial era in Paris. The three Docks have thus been listed as National Cultural Heritage sites.
