BEIJING, Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — As China’s most influential golf show eyeing the world’s largest and fastest-growing market, the 2013 PGA Merchandise Show – China / China Golf Show (“CGS”) returns March 22 – 24, 2013 with 30,000 square meters and 400 brands at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, China. Reed Guanghe Exhibitions is proud to have the continued and greater support from the PGA World Alliance, which makes it an international industry leading platform for networking, trading and education.

The 2013 CGS (www.chinagolfshow.com) covers the entire supply chain in China – from golf equipment and accessories to golf technology, and from golf course construction and maintenance to golf facility management. It provides local and international industry folks with the most effective platform to learn about market trends.

According to the Forward White Paper – China Golf Industry Report (2011), the number of golf courses in China reached 500 in 2010 and the number is expected to be doubled by 2020. The market demand for personal golf equipment in China is expected to reach $1.4 billion by 2014. And by 2020, the number of golfers in China will increase to 20 million. These forecasts lend strong credence to the increasing market demand in China.

For international golf brands starting to enter the Chinese market and those local manufacturers expanding their business overseas, CGS is without a doubt the best breakthrough point. “We could not have imagined a more successfully assembled exhibition, not only for the industry, but also for the players and enthusiasts,” said Jon Hunt, Group Director of the International Design Group. “We were so impressed with the show that our single booth of 2012 will be increased to a double booth in 2013 and we are already excited about returning. As a company, we are yet to crack the China market but now with a Chinese speaking director and with the help of golf exhibitions like this one, we are confident about our future business in China.”

In CGS’s 2013 edition, the 18,000 qualified visitors are expected to include 550 high-profile TAP Diamond VIP Club buyers. TAP Buyers refers to top decision makers from real estate and golf courses and distributors with a clear buying intent and in possession of a purchasing list. A total of 512 TAP buyers visited the show last year. This year, TAP buyers will amount to 550 at the China Golf Show.

Apart from diving into the world of latest designs and technologies, the attendees can also benefit from the Demo Day, held at Beijing’s prestigious golf clubs, as well as popular onsite activities including education seminars and PGA Main Stage clinics – all for FREE!

All these unmatched advantages have made the 2013 China Golf Show a must-attend event for golf trade professionals and enthusiasts.
